The picture showing the airplant is for reference only. your order will include the urchins only. Our pricing is better than most other listings you will see compared to the quality and the breakage you will get from most shippers. All our pricing includes shipping. Approximate size range is 2 inch to 3 inch diameter. Sizes will vary as these are a product of mother nature. We do not sort for custom size or color ranges. Our urchins are offered in volume discount pricing. Feel free to ask us for special pricing on larger quantities than listed. These are a product of nature and may have slight blemishes just as mother nature intended. You will not receive the exact shells as shown in the photos, but those of equal or greater quality. We have over 50 years of experience as collectors and shell crafters and know the quality you are expecting. We do not sell specimen, museum-quality shells. We sell good quality craft or display seashells only. We pack these very carefully using bubble wrap and crush proof boxes. However, urchins are extremely fragile. It is possible that some may arrive broken. If there is less than 10% breakage, we will refund the difference. If it is more, we will send replacements. In both cases, we require a photo of the damaged urchins. Entire order must be returned for exchange or refund. You can not pick and choose which urchins you wish to keep and return the rest. If you do decide to send your order back, we ask that you use the same packing material that we used to ship to you. This will ensure that they arrive safely back to us. We are not required to issue refunds for product that is returned to us in a damaged state / condition other than what we sent to you. Please let us know if this is a gift. We are more than happy to include a hand-written gift message.
